Downtown Academy seeks to provide children of inner-city Athens, Georgia an excellent and rigorous Christ-centered education that builds knowledge, character, and purpose.
Building on the success and relationships of Downtown Ministries through the Downtown Falcons and other programs, Downtown
Academy will launch in August 2013. As the first and only private, gospel-driven school for inner-city youth in Athens, we will begin
with kindergarten and first grade classes, with the intent to expand by one grade each year.
