Application Process

Call us to schedule a tour. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Submit an Admissions Application along with the non-refundable $25.00 application fee.

Once the completed application is submitted to the front office, the Head of School will undergo a Review of the child’s application. A Review consists of examining all previous test scores, report cards, application, and transcript. Previous school’s and teacher’s recommendations are also considered but not required.

To complete the admissions process, a child and parent interview is conducted by a representative of the school administration. Interview appointments are scheduled through the school office following notification that the Review of your child’s application is complete.

Downtown Academy admits children of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship or loan programs, and other school-administrated programs.
